Hey, I’m Yohan Kim.

I believe life is one big self-experiment, and we’re all the ones running it. Whenever I try something new, especially in fitness and tactical training, I focus on figuring out what works for me and what doesn’t. It’s not just about following a set formula—it’s about testing, learning, and adjusting along the way.

Through this blog, I want to share my experiences, thoughts, and progress in these areas. Obviously I’m not an expert, and I can’t promise to have all the right answers. But by documenting my journey, I hope some of what I learn can be helpful to you, too.
